At HRBS we are passionate about supporting and developing new and small businesses. Part of this commitment is to provide a high quality service at a reasonable, fixed fee, agreed in advance and without any surprises. We introduced fixed fees and a service menu several years ago as a natural extension of our support to our clients.

We have no hidden extras in our pricing structure and agree all fees in advance.

For existing businesses please supply a copy of your latest accounts, spreadsheet, accounting reports (Quickbooks/Sage/MSAccounting etc) so that we can prepare a quotation tailored to your business and provide suggestions as to how we can work together to reduce your administration, save tax etc. If they are available please attach your files to this form or if you prefer, fax to 01226 447319.

We have invested in strategic partnerships with several accounting system providers and offer a choice of online systems and traditional accounting solutions including a sophisticated Excel based solution (free of charge) and Quickbooks (we are Authorised Quickbooks Professional Advisors).
